TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These terms and conditions apply to all our online bookings for professional cleaning services. We can change any items, and these terms replace any prior agreements except for existing active contracts. It doesn't matter how you hire us—whether it's by phone, online, fax, or in-person negotiation—all contracts are subject to these terms and conditions.
Regular Domestic Cleaning: We're happy to help with various cleaning tasks at a minimum price of £16.00 per hour, provided you engage us for at least 3 hours of cleaning services per week. If you cancel a contract with advance payment, we have the right to deduct commission charges, and termination requires advance notice.
One-Off Spring Cleaning:
Clients must inspect the services performed.
Notify us within 24 hours if you're disappointed; late notifications need justification.
Complaints require allowing us to rectify the work; otherwise, refunds won't be issued.
Clients must provide necessary information during the booking process.
Clients are responsible for removing and storing fragile items and providing access to necessary household items.
We provide normal cleaning tools; special tools are communicated beforehand.
We're not responsible for permanent carpet damage before engagement.
End of tenancy cleaning conditions are limited to the signed contract; additional services are available at special prices.
We reserve the right to demand 50% of the total cleaning contract; 48-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Inspection is mandatory post-cleaning; complaints must be made promptly.
Balance of payment is due once the client is satisfied after all cleaning services are completed.
